i was online playing games when i started to receive pop-up ads informing of potential threats; i thought to stop it, whatever it was, by way of ctl-alt-del. selecting those keys would open a task manager window, but less than a second later the window would close. next, was opening the control panel; where i would remove the program responsible for the pop-up ads. with the consistency of the task...
